Prior to his appointment as Superintendent of Pensions, Francisco Alberto Torres Diaz worked as the Deputy Director General of the General Directorate of Internal Taxes. He has a degree in Economics and Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and International Trade, and was head of the Macroeconomic Models Division at the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic.
