Head of Digital Economy and MSMEs at the Asociación de Bancos Múltiples de la Rep. Dominicana
Professional with over eight years of experience in the design and implementation of public policies, particularly in the fields of industry, commerce, and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). His work has centered on promoting the digital economy and fostering innovation, leveraging public-private alliances to drive business opportunities and economic growth. Naut has played a pivotal role in advancing policies that strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs.
Currently, he serves as the Head of Digital Economy and MSMEs at the Asociación de Bancos Múltiples de la República Dominicana. His previous roles include Chief of Party for USAID’s Higher Education Partnership and leadership positions within the Dominican Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and MSMEs. Naut holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy Management from Georgetown University and has completed a high-potential leadership program at Barna Management School
